We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The swimming pool was a highlight, with the perfect temperature and plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The hotel also had a gym, sauna, and several bars, providing plenty of options for leisure and entertainment. The location may be a bit far from the city center, but the hotel offered an airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance, making it convenient for exploring the area.
We had a fantastic experience in this hotel. We would highly recommend it to families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a good air conditioner. The staff was friendly and willing to help. The hotel was located in a convenient area near tourist attractions and restaurants.
The hotel is quite run down and in need of renovations. The noise levels were high, with loud conversations and doors slamming throughout the day and night.

The pools were very enjoyable and well-maintained. For the Christmas dinner, the food was fantastic and abundant. the hotel was located near to major tourist attractions and transportation was easily accessible, making it a great hub for exploring the area.
The staff was not particularly friendly and often unhelpful when asked simple questions about the facilities. the rooms were a bit outdated and not very comfortable to sleep in.

During my stay at Rafain Palace Hotel & Convention Center, I was impressed by the beautiful lobby and the two stunning swimming pools. The hot tub in the orchids garden was a serene spot to relax after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the almost clean fitness center on the second floor. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and provided a good start to the day. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location was convenient for the conference we attended, and it was relatively close to the main tourist attraction, which was only about 20 minutes away by car. The facilities were well-maintained, and the personnel were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Nothing everything was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Located near a highway and away from the main attractions, this hotel has a convenient, somewhat isolated location. The staff is welcoming, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The large pool is perfect for families, and the buffet breakfast is excellent. With comfortable beds and modern amenities, this hotel is great for a relaxing stay.
The gym and hammocks are a bit outdated and tired.
